This project was boiler swap, and I learned how to do quite alot. So for starters I learned how to do a gas conversion, which isn’t super hard atleast on IBC’s. Basically you just unscrew a nut, and swap out an O-ring with a different one. Then you put stickers all over the unit saying it was converted to propane from natural gas in this case. Some other things I got better at were sweating copper, using a sawzall in tight spots, and troubleshooting. Another thing I learned was that IBC boilers wont fire if the main loop isn’t bled correctly (makes sure there’s no air in the line), and they wont show an error code.
