Running drainage

I ran some drainage in a renovation for a community living facility. All of the clean pvc in the images below was done by yours truly. In this project I learned how to be more accurate with primer (the purple stuff around the pvc hubs). It doesn’t affect functionality but it does improve looks significantly when it’s done right, and makes it look like it was installed by someone who knows what they’re doing. I also practiced cutting pipe with a sawzall, pitching pipe correctly, planning my next move, like the order I plan on gluing the fittings in. I also learned how to use transition fittings (the silver clamp that connects the white pipe (new pvc) to the old dirty pipe (old cast iron) in the second image). Transition fittings have 2 different sides because each pipe has a different OD (outer diameter).
